MANDORLA MUSE
A mandorla is an almond-shaped space that is created when two circles overlap. It is the symbolic representation of an interaction of opposites. It is the space between heaven and earth. It’s liminal, a threshold. This is the domain of transformation. In this space, all differences are reconciled and the two can become one; it is in this spirit that my partner and I created Mandorla Muse.
Our focus is to create images that speak to the life-long process of growth and transformation. In this regard, we are oriented to the creation of shapes, textures and palettes that hint at the symbolic and archetypal nature that underpins our reality.
